migration from word 2003

Hi Guys

i find it difficult to use word 2007 - the UI is pretty different and
working with styles is tough here. is there some way i can convert the UI of
2007 to work and function as word 2003?

No. Word has always been a style based application, but if you want the 2003
interface, you need 2003.
