migrating the "Documents and Settings" Folder

hi,
I have Win XP Pro And Win XP MCE machines. (all patches aplied)
I have documents and settings folder on C drive which is increasingly
getting larger.
There are no SPywares/adwares/trojans/worms and I cleanup local settins-temp
folder and the IE cache regularly.
Is there a way to migrate document and settings folder (for all users) to D
drive? also, is there a way to split up this folder IE. leave application
data and localsettigs folder on C drive while move other user specific data
(for all users in both cases) like documents, desktop info etc to D drive?
