Migrating server software to new hardware

Hi all

What's the best way to move my Windows 2000 server system
with apps, AD and AD intergrated DNS to new server
hardware (as in a complete new box)without re-installing
everything??

Any advice, tips, tricks, comments please go ahead!!!

i am about to do the same job over the coming weekend and
am frantically looking for advice. found a couple of
articles in KB but not specific, have you done you move
yet ?
