migrating notes files from microsoft outlook to Pantech duo smartp

Originally I used a Palm pda. I purchased a pantech duo smartphone and
intended to transfer all the data (addresses, calendar and memos) to the
phone. As instructed, I used the MS outlook a conduit to get the info into
the phone. Most of it went into MS outlook ok. The "memos" file went into
an outlook file called ''notes', which is easily and correctly displayed on
my pc. However when I synch with the phone, the info in each item is
truncated. When I click on it to open it to try to see the rest of the data,
I get an error message that says that I have to open this file within an
application. I cannot figure out which application or how to change the way
that it synchs. Please help!

Synching issues are always governed by the sync software. Ask the vendor of
that software.
