Migrating from an Exchange Server to POP??

Is there information on how to migrate my primary email from my
company's exchange server to internet mail? I'm leaving the company but
still want to use outlook as my primary interface. I'd like to be able
to keep my contacts, notes, etc.

Export everything to a .pst file using the File | Import and Export wizard.
