need a group for Works.
Here's how to find the group you need.
As you appear to be using a web interface, try this:
http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/
In the tree on the left, open English, then open Home and Entertainment. In
the Home and Entertainment
subcategory, find and open the subcategory for Works, and find a group there
to post in.
