Microsoft Windows Registry Management Tools

Does anyone know of any reputable Registry Mangement tools that i could make
use of? I'd preferably wish it to be Freeware if possible. And i'm looking
for Registry Management tools, not Registry "Cleaners".

Programs such TuneUp Utilities i find is nothing but a marketing fad, false
and i believe that Registry "Cleaners" are dangerous in all respects and i
suggest everyone avoid such programss. I used it a year ago and it didn't
appeal to me.There are a number of programs i've seen such as Registry
Detective and Registry Crawler but these are Shareware.
I'm reading Microsoft Windows Registry Guide just now by Jerry Honeycutt and
although these have been recommended, i do not have the financial monies to
purchase any of these programs.

I am not sure what exact features or functions you are looking for
with regard to the Registry.

Check out RegSeeker (free) from http://www.hoverdesk.net/freeware.htm
It has a lot different functions in addition to the cleaning.

Good luck
