Microsoft Windows Messaging Subsystem Spooler Error

G

Guest

I installed Office 2000 on a new dell computer with Windows XP Pro. I configured outlook for the email account. When I go to send and recieve I get the following error. Microsoft Windows Messaging Subsystem Spooler has encountered a problem and needs to close. I uninstalled and reinstalled Office and still get the same error. In surfing the net I found something about the messaging service might be causing the problem. I stopped the messaging service and still get the same error. I sent the error to microsoft but have got nothing back. All help is appreciated

Thank
Mik
