i get this when opening user accounts and go to change the way users log on
and off

Hi,

Are you sure that isn't mshta.exe? If so, expand a new copy from the service
pack backup folder. Start/run msconfig, click on "expand file" (general tab)

File to expand: mshta.exe
From: %systemroot%\servicepackfiles\I386
To: %systemroot%\system32

Reboot when finished.
