Good day,
Afetr experiencing a slowdown on my computer I was advised that I probably had some corrupted files. HP sent my the recovery discs. I did the complete system recovery and reinstalled MS Office XP Small business. I also reinstalled the my documents and Internet and Outlook using Genie Soft.

I am not able to access outlook. When I try I am told
Microsoft visual C++ Debug Library
Program c\program Files\Microsoft Office\Office 10\Outlook exe
Abnormal Program Termination (press retry to debug)

There are 3 icons to choose from abort, retry and ignore

Both abort and retry close the appplication. The ignore option brings up the following
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime library
Runtime error
Program c\program files\Microsoft office\office 10\Outlook exe
Abnormal Program termination
Pushing the OK icon closes the application.

I have Norton anti virus software and wimdows firewall.
I have Spys subtract antispyware software.
I use an HP pavillion a1030n.

I have try removing the XP small business software, my documents and internet and outlook and reinstalling each.
This has not worked.

This does not seem to work.

I would greatly appreciate any advise as to how to resolve.
Thanks,

I am having the same problem after uninstalling nortan. First, I got the buffer error. Now, abnormal termination.
