Hi, What exactly is that ? Is it a feature were you can have an
operating system and then be able to use other operating system within
the original operating system ? Can someone please explain this in
simple english terms ? Thank you .

where else to put it .

It's one ( or many ) PCs inside your real PC,yes.

You can create and run as many pcs as you like as long as you have enough
Ram for all the Operating Systems .
Each PC is working inside a single Window and shares cpu and ram plus
optical disks with the real machine.
The Harddisk you create is in fact only a file and you can format it with
any filesystem, it wont affect the Host OS.

You can install those old Windows 3.x,9x and NT Systems as well as Linux and
run them on top of your XP or Vista.

If you share your Network card you can even create workgroups / servers and
have a full virtual network or go just online of course with such a `VM.

These OS are isolated and work independent from the Host until you suspend
or shutdown them.

Download it for free and just try it - it has a good manual/online help and
overall is very easy to use.
