You should try asking this question in some group that deals with VirtualPC.
Like microsoft.public.virtualpc

If you can run Windows XP Professional, then running XPe will be easy.

I can run Microsoft Virtual PC 2004 fine on XP Pro. I
suppose that some registry key are missing but is
difficult to look for.
Thanks in advance

Sorry, I meant to say possible not easy.

I have never used Virtual PC, but according to your error you are missing
dll that does not belong to XPe.
It is possible that you need to install some package before installing
Virtual PC.

Maybe someone else can help you with this.

Reano,

Try moving VMNetSrv.dll from an XP Professional installation of Virtual PC
2004 to your runtime and registering it, and try to install the software
again. That's a file that is part of the VPC install, not a component of
XPe.
