microsoft upgrades

Have a customer with 40 workstations on a LAN, many using
new computers running XP professional. There is NO
internet access on these workstations because of security
issues. How do you get Microsoft upgrades (there are so
many) onto these machines? I have a disk for service
pack 1, but there are numerous others--including all the
security ones that are not included. Does Microsoft have
a procedure for this?
Thanks.

You can get the critical ones by going, to Windows Update and on the
left take Windows Update Catalog. You can then take Updates for
Operating systems, select XP Pro SP1 and get to a page where you can
select items to put in a Download basket, download, save and run.

Other, 'recommended' ones you can download on a machine in the regular
way, having emptied Temp internet files for convenience., and then after
download before finally confirming install, copy the downloaded .exe out
of TIF to a safe place
