I've been toying with loads of anti-spam tools to reduce the amount of crap I get, mostly using server side tools like spam-assassin.
You'll never believe what I found to be the best anti-spam in my case? Non other than the default "low" setting in MS Outlook (Not express)!
I get perhaps 10 spam e-mails per day, and then 300ish in the junk filter with no false positives in the five or so days I've been testing it.
Worth a go if you have MS Outlook, as I've ignored that option for years thinking it would be no good
