You will need to contact HP since the software is OEM and Microsoft provides no support for OEM software.

|||| Pocket Outlook comes installed in the ROM of your Windows Mobile
|||| device. There's no way to uninstall or install it. It's just
|||| there. Don't you see "Contacts", "Tasks", etc. on your Windows
|||| Mobile Start menu? --
