Outlook Microsoft Outlook 2003 Contacts Problem

Problem: I exported contacts from an Excel worksheet into my contacts list and now when I attempt to open Outlook it freezes up completely. Any thoughts? Is there some place I can go and access my contacts list other than Outlook? TXS!

You may have to wait awhile for help on this, sadly my Excel experience does not cover this.
