Microsoft Outlook 2000 SP3 Crashing when printing

Hi All,

We have several users printing to a network printer (HP 2600) with no
problems, but one user who tries to print a email to the HP2600 Outlook
crashes saying Outlook.exe has generated an error.

I have removed the users profile from mail settings and removed the
following from the users registry :-

Hkey_Local_Machine>System>CurrentControlSet>Control>Print>Environment>Windows NTX86>Version>Your printer

Other users can print emails to this printer.

Thanks for your time and help

Hi Sandip,
do you get any error messages?
Can you print from other applications?
