Microsoft OLEDB provider for Oracle support Distributed Transactio

Does Microsoft OLEDB provider for Oracle support Distributed Transaction?. I
am getting the following errors:

Server: Msg 7391, Level 16, State 1, Procedure proc_TaskUpdateInsert, Line 59
The operation could not be performed because the OLE DB provider 'MSDAORA'
was unable to begin a distributed transaction.
OLE DB error trace [OLE/DB Provider 'MSDAORA'
ITransactionJoin::JoinTransaction returned 0x8000d048].

For Oracle, I would move to ODP.NET, which is free from OTN (Oracle TechNet)
at http://otn.oracle.com.
