[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Invalid procedure call

Getting this error message in Excel when creating a pivottable by pointing to
an Access query using IIF function. Received undefined function error when
pointing to qry using InstrRev or a user defined function (ExtractElement).
Is this a "Tools > Reference > ..." related error message? Thank you.

I would think so... being a Ref issue that is. Try adding some of the
standard ones to your Excel project.
