Microsoft Natural Wireless Ergonomic Keyboard 7000

The zoom control button does not work on my keyboard. I have the latest
software installed, I'm running windows 7 64 bit on A dell xps 9000 pc.
Microsoft sent me a new keyboard it does not work either. any one else have
this problem?
Everything on the keyboard seems to work except the zoom control.
