Microsoft AntiSpyware (Beta 1)

I've recently downloaded this latest version from
Microsoft and think it's great.
It places everything into lamines terms, in other
words...plain English for the user.
I'm especially impressed with the fact that this software
program scans for known adware/spyware etc, gives the
user a full description of what they are and what they do
to your computer and even recommends what the user should
do, ie" ignore,remove, quarintine etc.
I only have one concern? My sister downloaded the program
as well after I told her how great it was, everything
went fine, the download and install was successful, did a
full system scan and found quite a few adware/spyware etc
on her computer, but then the program ceased to respond
when trying to open it? An update of her antivirus
software was done, as well as auto updates from
Microsoft, her security centre is also now up to date and
on. I restart was done a couple of times but the program
would still not respond and open.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Was it befor or after she tried to remove the problems
found?

i had same issues. they were triggered after tryimg to
remove. It got stock on a GAINS? program it was trying to
remove.
