did you read the other thread about the EULA ?

something like: "freeware till july 1 2005 or when a commercial version is
released, whatever comes first"

and:

"we might not release a commercial version"

I downloaded and am using it. So far, I've had no problems.
It did find one data miner that Ad-Aware missed, though I've forgotten
the name of it. Also, it missed three data miners that Ad-Aware noticed.
So, I'm using them both right now without any detrimental effects.
