manual download yet.........

The MSAS "current definition library" page has been out of sync since 5711
and is still all wacky. and it's showing 5721 as compiled but not
released......I wonder if they'll get their ducks in a row any time soon?
Maybe they caught a problem before release and are trying to avoid a SNAFU
like 5719 (wasn't that one that had problems?)

Actually, I think it was 5717 that had the false positive, which begat 5719,
which isn't listed in the KB article.
