Hye all. Im doing my assignment using microsoft access 2007. But, i got a problem on how im gonna put all my 5 column into one page. I have 5 column include name, matrix no, sex, races, and place of birth. And, the problem is from the name to the races only got into one page. and, the place of birth go to the next page. I dont like it to be like that. I want it neatly all 5 column in one page. any suggestion? :(:confused: i need to submit my assignment as soon as possible. Jannah, Malaysia.

Your best bet for this is (if memory serves correctly) would be to create a simple report based on the data. Then you would have to adjust the margin and column widths to make it fit on a page. The other option would always be to copy the data to excel and use a Scale to Fit: 1 page x Automatic on the Page Layout tab.
