Windows XP Microsoft Acces DB on Novell Server

How can I get my Access 2003 db to be accessible for
multiple users? I get the following message. "Could not
use File Already in Use"

Currently only one user can access the database. If another user tries to access the database the above error pops up.
The System is driven by a VB 6.0 application with Microsoft access as the backend.
