Microsoft 2003 Normal view has shrunk to 44%

When I open a document in normal view it is at 44% and I cannot do anything to get it back to 100%. I do not know what I did to make this happen. Print view looks fine - a bit larger than 100% but fine.

When I look at the document - the cursur is very small compared to the font size as well. Not sure what has happened but need help to get this fixed please.
