Help. I just installed Windows 200 Pro and now I keep
getting spam by Messenger Service. How do I turn it off
or stop it?

This is bad advice. Although it will quickly and easily stop the popups, it
doesn't tackle the real issue, which is that the machine is exposed to the
internet.

See the link that Dave Patrick provided. A firewall is what's required.
