Messenger Service and a Virus On WinXP.Thanks

Hi,
I am New WinXP User. I Used WinXP Got A Many Problems,
Hope Help.

When I Connect On Net, After few Minit Allways Show This Message.
It A Virus? Or Some Hacker Attack Me ?

And One Questions, I’m A Normal User, Not Using PVN Network,
Just DSL Internet, Which SVCHost Service Can I Closing ?
Can List A Servics For Me ?

Thanks.

I Used WinXP SP1, Not Plan Upgrade For SP2, Becouse Some Old
Software Not Compatible.
