messenger contacts

could some one please tell me how i can stop my contacts
that i have in windows messenger from appearing in my
address book on outlook express. everytime i put a
contact on msn it appears in my address book then when i
delete it from my address book it also deletes it from
msn. its driving me mad please help

Greetings Stephen,

To stop this behavior, close Outlook Express, then download and run the following .reg file:
http://messenger.jonathankay.com/downloads/stopmessenger_oe.reg

After this, start Outlook Express again and Messenger will be unlinked from Outlook Express,
and this will no longer happen. As well, you can then remove the contacts that were added to
your Outlook Express Address Book from Messenger.
