I have a problem with the MS Outlook 2003, this Outlook works with an
Exchange server(2000), It´s setting to build a local pst, to store all the
e-mails in the computer.
My problem start when I want to send an e-mail programmed, for example; I
write the e-mail now and send It , but I don´t want to receive the e-mail
until next week, so I can write de programmed e-mails but it will be send in
this moment, and only If I´m on-line with the server exchange. I need to fix
the problem with the progammed e mails, and be able to send it even if I´m
not on line with the exchange server. If anybody knows how to fix It.. I´m
gonna be grateful.

If you are using an Exchange transport you don't have to be online after
you've submitted the email to the transport. You have to set
MailItem.DeferredDeliveryTime to when you want the item to go out. Note that
this won't work with a PST or other non-Exchange transport, where you must
be online to actually send.
