Messages forwarded to me get stripped

When someone sends me a message that gets forwarded from another source, the
forwarded message is always blank when I click on it to open. Is there a
setting in my Outlook that may have been inadvetantly changed? If I again
forward it to another one of my computers, the attached messages come
through?????

it's probably a bug. What version of outlook and windows do you use?
