When I want to open my Modem properties in device manger this message
appear. or I want to Update my modem driver.

And now this message appear when I try my PC to contact with serial Port
COM1 or 2 to another PC.
in finish step in new connection wizard, after clicking in finish button
this message appear. and the serial null modem driver not installed.
can any one help me...
