message when starting Power Point

Every time I start Power Point 2003 I get the message 'You must accept the
End-User licence agreement (EULA) to use this software.....'
I always click 'accept', but it still comes up every time.
I have activated the product.
I had this program for several years, this porblem has happened since I
upgraded my PC from Windows XP to Vista Home Premium. Apart from that
annoying message it works OK.
Is this usual? any suggestions would be welcome.
I tried - Help, Detect and Repair.
But it did not solve the problem.

Make sure you are logged on with an account with admin privileges when you
accept the agreement. If that doesn't work have a look at this:
