Message w/attachment stuck in outbox + says more being sent then 1

I am running Outlook 2007. I have been attempting to send a message with a
picture attachment, which is nothing I havn't done before. It is the only
message showing in the outbox, yet when I try to send it says it is sending 4
of 4 messages. I am able to send emails without the attachment. I am also
able to send emails that I create in Office My Pictures directly from there,
however only one at a time. I have run a diagnostic and it says it repaired
one item. I have run and AVG as well. Can anyone help with this?

There is also a bug in Outlook that, on some occasions when you have
multiple accounts configured, the send/receive counter is reporting the
wrong amount of messages to send/receive.
