Message recall failure is on an unending loop - How do I stop it?

I am working on a home PC, no network or network
administrator to turn to. I used the Message Recall
feature for a message yesterday and received a Message
Recall Failure notice. No big deal. Then I received
another. And another. It looks as if something is hitting
the other person's email account about every 30-45
minutes. I don't know if it's a problem on my end or on
their end (they are on a corporate network). If it's my
end, how do I stop it? If it's their end, what do I need
to tell them?

Please help!
