I'm trying to send a pair of fairly large zipped files to a friend by E-mail.
now I know 18MB will take a while to send, even with a high speed broadband
connection, but 2 weeks is a little extreme. The message just wont send, it
wont delete, I can't touch the thing. It's just sitting in my outbox and
slowing down all other outlook processes. The other messages i try and send
do eventually go through, but it's constantly trying to send this one message
and failing to do so. I've tried a number of so called "fixes" which have
had no effect. These include going to offline mode and deleting the message,
disactivating antiviruses and firewalls (for a very short period of time
only) and even just drag and dropping to deleted items.
I've tried all I can think of, but this message thinks its sending, so i
cant access it, but it wont let me get rid of it. Since its slowing down my
queue in the outbox I'm finally tired of it. I'd appreciate any help you can
offer in getting rid of this thing
