Message Headers - Outlook 2003

How can I find the message headers for emails in my Inbox
using Outlook 2003? I'm trying to find all the routing
mail servers/IP's that touch a message before it gets to
my inbox. That said, I'm not sure if the term is "header"
but hopefully someone knows what I'm asking.
