Message Flags/Task List

Is it possible in Outlook 2003 and/or Outlook 2002 to flag an email received
in your inbox for followup and have it automatically add it to your task list
for followup? This would greatly save me time in keeping my boss' task list
updated. Thanks

Not automatically unless you write custom code to do that or have someone do
it for you. You can flag the item in the Inbox and then drag it to the Tasks
folder to autocreate a new task item and add a reminder on that task item
manually however, without requiring custom code.
