Message bypassing junk mail filter

I have blocked an email address. I have verified that the address is listed
in the blocked senders list. I am still getting emails from this sender. I
guess I could create a rule to automatically delete these emails but I wonder
how this can happen. I have a number of other blocked senders and they are
all working fine.

What could be causing this?

Did you verify that this e-mails address is not on your safe/allow list?
I encountered someone who had the reverse of what you're having, only to
find that the person while on their safe/allow list, was also on their
block list :).

Thanks Kirrin. I checked and this email account is also on my safe users
list. I have deleted it from there before. If I put it there and back
again, it was totally unintentional. Is there any way that a email user can
put themself on someone else's safe user list?

Kirrin, your reply prompted me to go take a look. That email address is back
on my safe senders list. It is also on my blocked senders list. I deleted
it from the safe senders list again. This time I am 99.99% sure I did not
add it. My paranoia is telling me there is something going on with this
email domain. My virus scanner had expried so I downloaded the new Windows
Live Onecare program. The program did not find any viruses on my machine. I
have not experienced this problem with any other email address.
