Message body disappear after Drag and Drop email

I have problem while drag and drop email to sub folder. I use pst file for
receiving email. When I drag and drop email from mailbox to folder(pst file),
message of email will disappear.

Any suggestion?

version of outlook? if 2003, are you using a mix of ansi and Unicode pst?
(old format supported by older versions and the new format). if so, known
issue - use psts of one type only and make sure you have all the latest
updates.
