Merging to Labels

Can someone please help me - I want to print addresses merged from my address
book onto postcards, but I am getting one name on each sheet, leaving 3 blank
cards and I am unable to access the 3 remaining cards. What am I doing wrong?

You don't say what program you are using for the merge. Works has labels
under tools.

I am using the works program and trying to merge the addresses from my
Outlook Express 6 adress book. I have found the labels under tools but, as
stated, it only prints one label per page instead of utilizing the whole
page, and I am selecting the form number at the beginning.
