Merging Multiple contacts

Hi:

Lets say I have 3 entries in my contacts:

1. John Smith, (e-mail address removed)

2. John, (000) 555-1212

3. John Smith, 123 any street, PA 00000

And now I want to MERGE all of them into one, since they are all the
same person. How do I do this?
