Merge Calendars

I have 1 laptop and 1 PC hooked up in a home network.

Can I merge Outlook Calendars Data into one machine and deleted from the other?

Both computers have Windows XP SP3, and MS Office 2002 (XP) SP3.

Could I use a internet base program to help me on this task?

I want to do this before I upgrade to MS Office Pro 2007.
