merge archived emails into another computer

I have been receiving and saving emails on outlook on 2 computers and I now
want to transfer the data - plus attachments - onto just one of them. I
guess I've got to copy some sort of database file from the applications data
on one ofthem, then merge it with the existing database on the other. But
how?

It's a .pst file. Check your archive settings in Outlook for the exact name
and location.

Thx, Sue. However, how do I merge the 2 .pst files to create one master file?

You can use the FIle | Import and Export command. The location of the main
..pst file can be found with the File | Data File Management dialog.
