Excel Menu misssing in Excel2000

Please, help me to get back menu in Excel 2000 in Windows XP. Thank you very much

click th "close full screen" button floating over your workspace
or
on the toolbar - view - toolbars, choose which ya want
or
start, control panel, add remove programs, ms office, change, reinstall or repair, detect and repair.

or give us a little more to work with, like, what's missing?

wow, that's horrible! ms ~knows~ its product has menus disappearing!
