Menu bar disappeared in Explorer

My menu bar has disappeared in Windows Explorer, how do I
get it back? I'm using Windows 2000.

press [Windows Key] and [R] to open a run box, type in
"Explorer" (without quotes) and click ok. you can also
access the run box by pressing [CTRL] [ALT] and [Delete],
then pressing "task manager", then clicking "file" and "new
task"
