I have a field named comments and it is setup as a memo for the data type.
Users will popluate this field thru a subform.
When I type information in the field, it always appears in a paragraph
format.....meaning I would sometimes like to start a new line or leave a
blank line to allow for easy viewing at a glance. For example, I may discuss
several months of delinquencies with a customer, and I would like to show
each month discussed along with the customers comments one under the other
rather than side by side. It makes for easier viewing.
Is it possible to use the enter key or the arrow keys to move to a new line
in a memo? Right now hitting the enter button takes me to a new field in the
subform or to a new record. Thanks for any help you can offer. Please make
your answers basic as I am new to using Access.
