Memory tag 'Thre' - what is it? It has a memory leak on my system

According to Poolmon.exe, memory tag Thre is leaking 10-20 MB/day, with only about 40% of its Allocs being Freed. This is on Windows 2000 Server with Exchange 2000, Veritas, SAV CE. Following KB 298102, I find 92 drivers with Thre, and none with hThre; if I am reading this right that means this is an MS pool, not a driver. There doesn't seem to be any on-line reference for MS memory tags. How does one find these?

I should probably be calling this a "Pool tag", not a "Memory tag". Or perhaps a "Memory Pool Tag"?
