Memory recomendation for P4P800 Deluxe?

Going to upgrade soon...
p4 3gig 800
P4P800 Deluxe

I'm looking for recommendations for brand and type of memory that's
known to work well with the board with dual-channel 800fsb.
I would prefer twin sticks of 512, but it might be over my amount
budgeted...two 256 chips probably will have to do.
My price limit for the whole system is around $600
If anyone can recommend a decent case for it, that would be helpful as
well.
I'm planning on doing some video capturing, editing, etc, this ole p3
1gig just isn't cutting it anymore.
I have all the other components, I just need mobo, ram, cpu,and case.
Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Case: I prefer light ones with good cooling like Lian-Li PC-60 or
Chenbro 61166 (AKA Gaming Bomb or Xpider).

DDR400 RAM: Infineon is very good at a reasonable price (even 2 x 512
MB is affordable) - the same holds true for Crucial (which is Micron
in the Qualified Vendors List for the P4P800_D).
I have also TwinMOS modules with Winbond chips (which don't like
overclocking).

I've got the Kingston 2x256 kit, works great.

Also, I've noticed that CAS timings not that important if you're running
dual channel and with PAT enabled, so don't worry that it's "slow" CL3.
