Memory Question

Hi,

We've recently upgraded a Windows 2000 Server from 512MB
RAM to 1.5GB RAM. The BIOS sees it just fine as well as
the HP System Tools after system bootup. Windows,
however, only shows 500MB... any thoughts?

Check to see if you have the most up to date Service Pack
for W2K, SP4 is now available. I'm aware of a similar bug
in 98, which was fixed with 98 SE, not sure if they had
something similar with W2K.
